The purpose of this test is to verify the stability, accuracy and durability of the hot water high-pressure cleaning machine and ensure that it meets the ISO 9001 quality standard and customer requirements. The test is based on ISO 9001 quality management system standard and refers to the technical specification of high-pressure cleaning machine industry. Test methods include durability test, load test and environmental test. Durability test: Run the equipment continuously for 1000 hours under simulated working conditions; Load test gradually increases the load to 120% of the rated value; Environmental test places the equipment in high temperature (97℃) and low temperature (-45℃). The test results show that the dimensional errors of all key components are controlled within ±0.01mm, the equipment has no fault after 1000 hours of continuous operation, and it can still operate normally under 120% of the rated load, and its performance is not affected in high and low temperature environments. The test results show that the durability, load capacity and environmental adaptability of the hot water high-pressure cleaning machine meet or exceed the design standards, and can meet the needs of customers under various working conditions.
